Commex Corporation

The Company was founded in the year 1965 and is one of the oldest manufacturer/ exporter of Grey Iron

Castings in India. The Company exports in the name of Commex Corporation and the Foundry is in the Name of Uma Iron & Steel to clearly distinguish between our Operations/ Domestic and International arm.

 

We have received awards from Chamber of Commerce for Best Exports of CI Castings.

 

Factory is located on a 6 acre land housing State of the art manufacturing and finishing unit.

We manufacture all types of Gray Iron Castings with weights varying from <1 kg. to 500 kgs.

 

Since the inception we have been moving on to build up the infrastructure for exporting castings, all over

 the world. We are a Govt. Recognized Star Export House with business operation extends mainly to USA, Europe

 & Middle East.

 

We also supply to the Indian Railways passing the rigorous quality test for safety products like the Brake Block.

 

The annual capacity of the Company is 12000 MT.

Our production range can be broadly categorized to the following:

• Precision Castings / Ornamental Castings

 

We work with our clients to develop/ procure the orders which we match thru quality and test-runs.

We also do product development and consulting on product complexity/ issues faced by customers.
